Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Members is held within 120 days of the credit union's fiscal year end of December 31.  This is generally in the last week of April.

The purpose of the general meeting of members is to:

  • present the reports and financial year-end statements
  • appoint the Auditors for following year
  • elect directors
  • conduct any other business that may properly come before the meeting

Corporations, partnerships and associations are entitled to vote only by proxy. A proxy form, duly executed by the signing officer of the corporation, partnership or association, must be submitted at registration. No members other than a corporation, partnership or association may vote by proxy.

    The annual report including a condensed version of the audited financial statements are available in the branch no later than 10 days prior to the meeting or can be downloaded from the link below.  Full audited financial statements and Auditor's report are available upon request.
