Complaint Resolution

We are dedicated to the highest levels of member service and satisfaction. Like all credit unions, we are subject to regulation by the Credit Union and Caisses Populaires Act and must adhere to accepted practice. If you have a concern with our service, it should be addressed at your Branch or through the Service Excellence Centre. If your concern is not settled to your satisfaction, complete the following form to escalate to the Complaint Resolution Officer. If the Complaint Resolution Officer is unable to provide a response that is satisfactory to you, the Officer will provide direction on the next steps available to you.
